Air-assist intake manifolds require the Radium injector seats in order to use universal aftermarket fuel injectors, as shown in the picture below. These engines use a unique OEM fuel injector that is not replicated in the aftermarket. Late model (and California-spec) 2JZ-GE engines use Toyota air-assist emissions equipment. To reuse this OEM regulator mounted on the Radium fuel rail, purchase 20-0301 FPR Adapter, 8AN ORB, 11mm Bore, 39mm Spacing, M6 (shown below). However, early model 2JZ-GE vehicles use a traditional fuel system with the FPR mounted directly to the fuel rail. Late model 2JZ-GE vehicles use a returnless fuel system where the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) is integrated into the pump assembly. INFORMATION REGARDING OEM PRESSURE REGULATOR Make sure these are present before beginning installation. IMPORTANT: The fuel rail re-uses the factory mounting bolts and plastic spacers.
